Better Doctor-Patient Relationships Lead to Better Health Outcomes
The relationship between a doctor and patient is the foundation for medical care. Communication, trust, respect and honesty between two parties are key to any healthy relationship—the doctor-patient relationship is no exception. A good doctor and patient relationship built on these ideals can go a long way on the path to better medical care.
Whether you recently received a transplanted organ, are years out from your transplant or are a healthcare professional, it’s always worthwhile to think about your own doctor-patient relationships.
During the live webinar, Fireside Chat: The Doctor-Patient Relationship, hear first-hand from a Kidney Transplant Recipient and their Transplant Nephrologist about how important a strong doctor-patient relationship is in working together to achieve health goals and better care.
